Professional Title Services, Ltd. – our title company

Many of our clients don’t know that we have a title insurance company, Professional Title Services, Ltd.  Paul and I own the company and one of us will personally oversee each closing.  All closings take place in our office.  Through the title company, we can provide our clients a full range of real estate services, including title searches and title insurance.  We conduct closings for several local banks.  So, if you’re buying or re-financing, we can handle all of the paperwork for you.  For more information, contact Cindy in our office at 419.447.6181 or ask your banker if Professional Title Services, Ltd. can do your closing.
