Barb Smith has been our runner since May of 2019. She is responsible for recording documents at the Recorder’s office, filings at all of the courts, scanning, logging of all real estate and client files, and the final processing of all recorded documents. She is a retired diagnostic medical sonographer at Mercy Hospital and Toledo Hospital. Barb has three adult children, Lauren, Alexis and Katie, and enjoys playing the piano and traveling.
